Hi, I am Ashlea, the owner and founder of Maid For You.

I first started my business in July 2023, as a mother of 2 I struggle to find a job which worked for me and around my children. I also knew that we were planning another baby, so as I have always been career driven I knew I wanted something that could grow with our own family.

So I set up trading as a solo cleaner.

I have always had a passion for cleaning, experimenting with new and different products, fragrances and getting the perfect shine on my own shower screens was a guilty pleasure. So this was perfect for me!

I very quickly became fully booked and hired my first team member, Grace. We now have 8 amazing members of staff who all put so much passion into their work and I am so grateful to have such fantastic women around me, working together as Maid For You.

Although I say I wanted a career that works around my family, this business has become like another baby to me. I am so proud and put my best into everything I do. I was even supporting client requests whilst in my hospital gown waiting to go into theatre for my c-section! But I wouldn’t change a thing, I love my business and everything we have achieved. So by choosing us, you know that I am passionate, I care about our clients and my staff deeply and I am always willing to do my very best.

What do I love most about my business?

I am a passionate believer that having a clean space equals a clean mind. Meaning when your surroundings are tidy, it is so beneficial for the mind. So that being said, the thing I love most about the work I do, is being able to give people just that. For clients who go to work all day, have a busy schedule, struggling with their mental health, or just cannot manage do the tasks around the home, it makes me so proud that I am able to give these clients a better quality of life. Whether it makes their days easier by taking off a load, or so they get to spend their quality time doing things they enjoy whether that be spending it with their family or reading a book with a cup of tea.
